I love to keep moving while training; go from one exercise to the other – no standing around. I really enjoy putting the body to the by trying alternate movements with exercises. In early 2015 Michael decided to part ways with Fitness First, and relocated to the Tweed/Byron region with his wife Sophie.

Massage has become not only what I do but who I am. My formal training as a Therapeutic Masseur, has encouraged me to continue my studies and practice. I have become more passionate about helping others to reduce or avoid pain. My studies have led me to travel to Thailand to learn the ancient practice of traditional Thai massage, which I now regularly draw from my knowledge to enhance my treatments.
In addition my qualification in remedial massage allows me to assess soft tissue dysfunction and restrictions in range of motion and to design treatment plans that assist people to return to functional, pain-free health.
